I still don't get why everyone orgasms over flying islands... but this is one the best I have seen. Great work Jim, you have me worried about round 3 already... mainly coz I have not decided what to do yet. I am torn between what I think will win and what I want to make the most...

Gwazi I wish you had taken this contest more seriously because you have some skills. Good luck with whatever you do next.

Thanks! I really like how this came out. I just wish I had more time. I got rushed in the end and started getting sloppy. After working on it for like 5 hours straight, I realized I had to kick it in to gear and finish it atleast a few hours early just in case there was a problem and people couldn't open the file. You might notice a few walls and an entire building I forgot to paint on the bottom part. I'm also sad that Gwazi was so short of time and had to throw something together so quickly.

About floating islands... I usually really dislike them, but I thought it would be a cool idea if I could make it more like an actual planet type thing with sideways and upside down buildings.

and the next round is really the only match that I've been worried about. You are going to destroy me, Kumba.

Well this one was not close, no offense Gwazi, I know you have skills, but as Kumba mentioned, you didn't seem to show them off in this round, although I shouldn't talk, cause I didnt either

JiMiMo,this entry should go down as one of the 10 best of this contest, at least. Nice!

Whoa! I thought I was the only person who'd dreamed of making upside down and sideways buildings! It's a shame that you made something using that idea first. I've actually used the sideways idea a while back, but never have I made any completed work that used upside down architecture! Excellent work, and you've shown yourself to be an extreme sleeper in this contest.

Yeah, I know guys, I know. But having too much to do outside of RCT really hurt me here. I would have loved to spend more time on this, but I couldn't find the time when I was inspired at all to even open RCT and try to build. Finally with two hours left to build, I threw some little disappointing entry in just so I didn't have to forfeit.

But hopefully in the next couple days I'll be able to finish my design and send it in.

On a side note, I'm just happy I made it past the first round. lol

Gwazi: Sorry, mate you didn't had more time for this. It looked a bit too much like Ceasar's legions too me. But I can't really say more, as I can't view LL parks in-game.

JiMiMo: Woah, that entry was really awesome. The only let-down was the layout of the coaster. Everything else was really interesting. Nice work!

thanks everyone so much! I really didn't expect everyone to actually like it, to be honest.

Freak: Agreed, That was probably the most annoying thing about making this. Changing the angle every minute or so drove me crazy.

Dave: I couldn't agree more. I honestly thought the coaster would be my downfall on the park.

Like many others confessed and claimed, you obviously are not the first one to play around with this idea of upside-down, (had it myself also for some time) but for sure you are the first one to really execute it and then in such a lovely/great way!!

Beautiful work, I love it!!

Gwazi: liked your park a lot also. In some other match-ups it could have won, but not against this one......

Holy fuck is all I have to say. Way to go JiMiMo! I would've gone with a flying coaster though, that way you could flip it on the underside, and then flip back when the train returned to the top half.

Gwazi has a nice entry too, being LL and all. The coaster was very nice, and the theming was very quaint.

I think Kumba is leaking information. I spoke to him on AIM one day and we discussed Round 2 ideas. Kumba should know what I'm talking about, and if he doesn't... Ollowhay Astionbay might refresh his memory. Same concept. Different theme.

EDIT: And FINALLY my evil Santa shows up. I think I'll keep it for a while though.

Xin, if you have good ideas, dont just sit around and tell people them and not make them. If its a good idea and your not going to bother trying it, then people have every right to take your idea and use it. Maybe not leak it to others to help them win, but I doubt that was the case. If you have a good idea, then use it, even if you fuck up people will still give you credit for trying such an idea. Thats what I've learned from my first two entries of this contest and its way better than seeing the same shit made 10 times.

And if it keeps you from pissing yourself, you said something about having the same idea as mine for this round, but I've not talked to Kumba or anyone else on this site in private so its just my ideas.

Good job Jimemo, you did your entry great, but it would have been nice to see it a little more circular to emphasize the planet theme. But I dont know if thats possible. But its cool that another 14 seed made it to the sweet 16.
