Very strong throwback vibes in this park, especially the semi-underground inverts. Lovely ideas throughout, things like "explore the ruins" I found especially nice as it boosts what is otherwise a tame and somehwat uneventful ride into something interesting.
Overall the execution of the park is fine, but often too empty and simplistic.
Initial reaction, some areas of brilliance in this. Without understanding who built what there were some standout areas for me. Nice little trio right here, I hope you guys had a good experience.
There's a lot of cool and varying ride design throughout this park which I think is its biggest strength. Between areas, there is always something different which is refreshing in a more large scale park. I think the negative space throughout feels too much at times despite it being based in a desert, but that may be because of similar color choices throughout. I think my favorite area is the mine train space - well integrated and cool pathing despite not much else of interest in the area. Close 2nd is the dueler and its station as well as such a fun layout. Great work squad!
Very interesting park with some varying areas of skill and parkmaking on display that ended up feeling a bit inconsistent and perhaps less cohesive as a result. The Ruin Runner quadrant of the park was a highlight for me. The dueling coaster area was fun, but some of the textures ended up being a bit overlapping and hurt the area's readability. Namely, the ground and roof textures being so close.
The mine cart section was cool though. Unique to see that kind of ride on a full sized park.
Agree with BPW that the themes and areas explored here were a refreshing change of pace.
+ The mine town areas and the compact invert area are fantastic.
+ I love the center pyramid.
+ The ruin runner structure looks awesome as well.
+ The integration of the rides with the scenery is consistently excellent.
- I'm not a huge fan of the land pathing.
- I could use some more clear transitions among the areas, either in the form of signage or some kind of transition plaza.
Great build that was fun to revisit.
01) the scenery in general has little foliage, more desert, it was very nice
02) haha for the love of God, these two Ferris wheels and Zipper are insane, really crazy, I just loved it
03) Pyramid looks great, good architecture and details
04 The plantations are very good
05) good layout PRAYER and PENNACE, the colors made a great contrast, the station is well built, good architecture
06) I loved the idea of ??the piercer and looper track, that was well thought out
07) All the brown buildings looked really good, I liked the details and architecture
08) The Rallye scenery was lovely, good use of those rock objects, it was perfect and well thought out for the stands
Looking at the whole general scenario, its details, colors, fences, paths, rides, the design of the project, everything is wonderful, honestly one of the most incredible parks I have been able to admire and enjoy.
Indeed a first class work
This is one of my favorite things I've seen in the game in quite a while. Absolutely love this theme, and the execution was top notch. Some deceptively complex areas here. I love how each section feels distinct from one another. Great colors, great composition, great ride design. I think the somewhat bare surroundings work to this map's favor. It allows for there to be a real sense of scale. Grandeur and exploration. The buildings feel massive and imposing as a result.
Excellent work all. I hope more people here give it a chance
Lots of dope stuff in this one. Big fan of the ride design throughout: great coasters, interesting custom flats and nicely used base game flats. Some awesome building techniques - first time ive seen fully inivisible circus rides used like that.
I like the composition of the areas themselves, but am overall confused that there are 2 red ruin sections. They feel too distinct to belong together but too similiar so that it feels a bit weird to me. Wouldve liked some more variety there.
The pathing is only ok and doesnt live up to the quality standards of the map imo. The dirt pathing also amplifies my feeling of "too much negative space" for the park overall. It does feel inspired a bit by Meccha (a lot of the map does with the red archi on sand and some of the mine section), but there i feel it works better since the rest of the map is super busy.
In terms of pure looks, the red ruin area with the waterfalls is probably my favorite. Love the color composition with the lush green against red buildings and sand ground with some nice fulltile rockwork and waterfalls. Overall favorite is the mine area though, because of the awesome integration of rides and attractions. Favorite coaster is the dueling invert, that ones amazing!
Awesome build and im glad i checked it out again! Great work everyone
Lots to see on this map, but it didn't mesh really well for me as a whole... the areas felt quite separate to one another. some really nice little tricks for visual effect that landed well though - the monorail support system is so simple and so beautiful, love it. my favorite area was the the area with Ruin Runner (mine train) - the addition of greenery and rocks here elevated the vibes a lot, and the ruins were a step above, for me. good stuff!
