Forgot to mention, the "mountain work" is incredibly impressive to me. Mountains, realistically looking, are hard to achieve in our game. I know it's very challenging to tackle, to me. The realistic sloping look of it, combined with the detail, I personally have never seen before, rct2. Don't know if it's this snow texture look, but congrats from me dude, this is legit stuff.

nice, I sort of wish it was more crypto rocks and less 1k ruins for some chunkier forms, but no problemo

The rock formations kick ass and the details on the snow are great.  I'm assuming the skiers are static or is that a ride?

They’re a custom ride made for the Mount Haystack park in H2H8.

Hah, that bit of slope between the cliffs looks ridiculously steep and yet is very believable. The diagonal cable car is a great choice too - strong presence without obscuring anything.

Haha, I don't know if you ski, but it's inspired by Corbet's Couloir in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Well, I have, but nothing like that! You've certainly done it justice.

Awesome Saxman! I would love a full scale Haystack. How big do you plan on making it?

Current map size is 200x200. It'll be significantly less dense than Haystack was though.

What the... I can't even... how? This looks too detailed to be RCT2. I'm guessing this is a lot of custom scenery but where do those gondola cars come from?

It's seeing stuff like this that makes me feel old. :) But in the best possible way. I wonder if iris ever drops in and sees what's become of this little pet project he started.

The gondola and skiier ride vehicles are courtesy of Spacek - he's got a whole library of sweet custom rides in a thread in the forums.

This map is a follow-on development from the Head2Head 8 map Spacek and Saxman both worked on - - https://www.nedesign...ack-ski-resort/
