Project Phoenix - Phase 2 Expansion - July Update
Project Status – Green – On track for a late 2025 release of Phase 2
Progress continues on the Phase 2 Expansion of Hyatt's Ocean Adventures and Hyatt’s Lake Scarlett Resort. Over the past few weeks, we have completed the resort infrastructure updates for this phase with the addition of the transportation maintenance and storage facility. This has laid the groundwork for the future phase updates to expand the transportation options for our guests
HOA has seen some progress during this time with the addition of Penguin Plunge (B&M Dive Coaster) by @CP6. Although the coaster is in place, work on incorporating the coaster into the Penguin enclosure theme is currently on hold while the park has been handed over to @CP6 to allow his crew to install the next significant coaster as part of this release. -

Love this layout, wow we're in for a treat with this project.
So fun to see you do coasters, I feel like that's a rarity!
Good layout and use of the new elements. I think a MCBR would help a lot, ideally before the last two smaller inversions. Love this project!
Most of the newer B&M dives are ditching the MCBR-- this one ends up not being long enough for that. I had an option of a larger layout which did have one, but in the end, I went with the more current trend of not.
Excited to see this one themed!
