Description
Here is the first part of the Grand Lizard Hotel. A classic Cornish beachside hotel. Guests can enjoy 4 types of bedroom from budget to penthouse! The hotel also contains a main swimming pool, rooftop pool and pirates of cornwall crazy golf! (which I'll show in the next part). on the beach guests can find the sand bar for drink's, donkey rides, jet ski's and beach lounger's!
This whole area is finished, just the marina to go. This will probably consist of a resturant, some piers and the sea wall. seriously nearly there! -

Some of your best archi yet!
Very nice! I love the lights on the lawn and may have to use that idea. As for the lawn, either have it all mowed or not mowed. it looks off to me having just some of it mowed. Overall, very nicely done!
Really nice! Love the detail you've got on that green-roof part of the building covering the road - feels very believable. Also love the little seating area on the balcony above that, and the horse statues are a nice touch. Have you considered making all the corrugated roofs green instead of some being beige? And this might just be personal preference but I'm not a big fan of those small arched windows on the lower floors - they're giving 2004 vibes haha. I prefer the ones like you've used on the higher floors that look more inset into the wall rather than stuck to the outside, if that makes sense?
Killing myself this is called the grand lizard hotel! haha but the rest is solid.
