  I like the sail boats, but the yachts are incredibly chunky Good additions regardless, chunky or not, the boats add a lot of life. Don't forget about the gangplanks though!

  i get what folks are saying about scale but this whole park is a unique scale and i think they probably look cool in context

  Only thing that I would say about this is that the docks themselves could maybe have a few more details, And the underwater spaces could probably also do some detail/texture.
  
  Scale doesn't really bother me much here since it's pretty consistent.

  I agree with the others that the boats look a bit chunky. But other than that I like the unique style of this. Looks pretty cool!
