    Press Release
Project Phoenix – Phase 3 Announcement

Following the release of Phase 2, we are pleased to announce plans for Phase 3 of Project Phoenix, which will introduce major updates and brand-new experiences across the resort.

Hyatt International Speedway (yellow) will undergo a significant renovation, featuring an extended track layout, a new transportation hub, and an all-new world-class resort inspired by the Yas Marina Circuit. The speedway is also planned to host an IndyCar race.

Hyatt Northwest Shores Resort (pink) will expand with a new 18-hole executive golf course adjacent to the RV Resort, while Hyatt Palm Tower Resort (white) will receive substantial updates to its surrounding grounds.

Hyatt Ocean Adventures (purple) will once again receive updates during this phase that will add a new water park adjacent to the main park, with additional details to be announced later as plans are finalized.

Construction is underway on Hyatt Skylink, a new gondola system that will enhance transportation throughout the resort.

Additional Phase 3 updates may include stadium improvements, a potential third resort hotel, and other minor updates throughout the resort complex.

The centerpiece of Phase 3 is the introduction of a new third gate, Hyatt Motorsports Adventures (HMA) (green). Inspired by the NASCAR Experience release in (2004), HMA will immerse guests in motorsports through dedicated areas for NASCAR, IndyCar, F1, NHRA, WEC, W2RC, and MotoGP. The park will also feature a new dedicated resort hotel (teal) with integrated transportation and a private entrance to HMA.

Phase 3 will complete the Project Phoenix master plan and is targeted for submission for Spotlight consideration, with a projected late-2027 release.
