Custom Scenery Exchange / Customizing Custom Objects

What started out as a custom park object has turned into an 85+ piece set of garden tiles/objects with connecting paths(fake). The basic set started with straight tiles, corner tiles and intersection tiles. I had a blast coming up with so many different path designs that I went back and "created" straight tiles with water, corners with water, two bridges, fountains, large-tiled intersections, grass tiles, grass tiles with trees, grass tiles with trees and water etc...
If you noticed I put the word created in quotes because frankly, most of the objects utilized in this set has been either cut, pasted, imported, exported, resized, re-colored, re-canvased or touched-up, some down to the pixel level.
While making the garden set I recognized from where many of the custom objects actually came(other programs' images) which I'm not sure I should mention. I will say that the process for each tile/object created went thru four to five differtent programs, the last program being "Object Editor".
Having down-loaded endless amounts of "custom objects" I would like to give back from which I have
taken: meaning, to make the set available for others to download. Obviously I don't want to disrespect or piss anyone off in the mean time, so at what point would it be o-kay to make them available?
I have changed the "canvas" size or image resolution on almost every file/object that was imported into my paint program. After that step, "corrections" to the objects' shapes outlines, symmetry, shadows, color, proportions or over-all look were made(mostly all at the pixel level).
I think what I've done is similar to what producers do on an album/CD. While they are recognized for the finished sound, or in this case, the finished look, the songs are credited to the writers, or in this case the individual components that make up the garden tiles should be credited to those individuals who created them. The problem here is I don't know all the individuals. Also, I have no idea if this is something that people would be interested in dowloading.
So, the following screenshots are of the object menu, a few tiles and some possible patterns they create. Also, it should be noted that all of these objects have been put into a Scenery group ("KG" , stands for Kings' Garden). Even better, all of them are"Large Objects". This was done to free-up the "Small Objects" menu which we all know can fill up quite quickly. And, most tiles have some degree of colorability! -

If Sierra sees that fountain(with the dragon), you better get a lawer ASAP. That's from their game, Emperor:Rise of The Middle Kingdom. The bridges too, are from it.
WTF is with the origanality these days..
Everything else- kickass. -

As long as you don't sell it or anything it's fair use...btw one word: awesome
also, do you have any other objects in that scenario? the sick park set you made sounds like it would practically take up almost all your objects except the large ones -

Alright, I think it would be easier to release my park, "KINGS' GARDEN" which has the garden set already grouped under a tab. I'll be home later tonight after 9:00pmPST, so sometime after that I'll upload my park "KINGS' GARDEN" making the garden set available.
