the MLB has been blown wide open with joses' new book.
Juiced : Wild Times, Rampant 'Roids, Smash Hits, and How Baseball Got Big
besides what the book says about the MLB players, what do you think about bushs' actions in this situation? -

Conseco is crazy. The fact that he accuses GEORGE BUSH of taking steroids should have touched you off.
Sadly, while steroids is a major problem, this book doesn't help the issue. If anything, it inadvertantly turns it into a joke, because no one will take this book seriously, and many might even think that it's a stupid issue. -

I used to call him Jose Can-Strike-Out.....lol
I wonder if all those steriods made his head more rubbery.....ya know, since that baseball bounced so high over the homerun fence -

Canseco's done a lot more than just steroids, I bet. No one's going to listen to anything a cokehead says. Yeah people do steroids but still, its Jose Canseco. he's a coked up douche. -

And thanks for clearing up the Bush/steroids thing. I guess Conseco voted for Kerry this past November. -

Conan's probably the funniest person in the world, at least his writers are, and he delivers it perfectly.
Hey look guys the fact of the matter is you can say all the bullshit you want, and I mean, I don't really like Canseco that much, but we all know everything in that book is at least partially true. And come on, if Bush knew his players were on the roids, which would help his team win, which would bring people to the park, who would bring money, he wouldn't think twice about it. It would be a very American thing to do. The fact is I hope enough eyes are opened by the book and people don't just brush it off because they don't want to give Jose money, because nobody wants illegal substances in baseball, and this could help to toughen steroid policies. IF people pay attention. Instead, everyone's like "oh, Canseco's an idiot, so none of that can be true." When everyone knows it is. A lot like politics really.
