Explain why the Kings dont have the best record if they are the best team.

Yeah, because according to his theory, teams cannot have bad games and still be a good team.

    Oh, 31-7 now. :bandit:

The Mavs are my favorite team but you have to admit that the Kings are the better team. The only reason the Kings record isn't better than the Mavs is because of injuries. This is the most complete uninjured team they've had all year. Look at what they did to the Nets a few games ago. :yup: That's what I thought.

I love the Mavs but those Kings are going to beat us again next month. :|''''

    CLIPPERS WIN!

Clippers just beat the Kings 112-107 at Staples. So this must mean that the Clippers are the best team in the NBA, right Aero? :bandit: I'm just hoping that the Clippers don't carry this over to the game Tuesday against the Lakers.

Yes! Clippers will be the NBA champs!

I said the Kings are the best team in the NBA, and that is compared to teams who are in the same class as they are. The Clips are not. They won at Staples (as they should, it's the most underachieving team in the NBA) but that doesn't mean they are going to be in contention for the title... agree, i thought so. I understand that all you Mav bandwagoners are just stunned and confused by what happened the other night (remember, that blowout, at Arco Arena? cause it was really pathetic.). Just wait till the Playoffs, then we will see what happens. Also, i am not backing down from my conclusion from what happened the past few weeks, so back off! If you Mav fans can give me one good reason why you think you can beat my Kings in the playoffs, then i will listen. As for now i am still watching the Lakers, i am not convinced that they are out yet. The Suns are making a pretty good statement right now too. I never said the Kings were going to win every game the rest of the season, and they have a tendency to drop games after a big matchup. They will be ready for the next few weeks though, promise.

PS- record doesn't mean squat when it comes to whose better. If it did that would mean the Mavs should have won Wed night, but they didn't (remember, they got blown out). The Kings had the best record in the NBA last season and they were beat by the Lakers. It comes down to who beats who, and as of right now the Kings have beaten all the contending teams in the NBA (Mavs, Lakers, Nets, Magic, Hornets, and many of the others) granted they have lost a few that they should have won (because if you record is better then its a gaurenteed victory) and that is fine, because the Playoffs are what matter.

    PEACE

Aero, that blowout can be summed up to two things...

The Kings had a good game.
The Mavericks had a bad game.

Your the King extremist, im just DEFENDING the Mavs.

They look like the 1992 Mavs right now....

On a side note, did anyone see the crazy finish of the Lakers-Clippers game? The Lakers did all they could to let the Clips win, and they STILL couldn't. LOL. That was a wicked half court shot that didn't count though. At first, I thought it was a foul, and I was like, "OH SHIT!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE I FUCKING SAW THAT!!!!!" And then, "WTF happened?" And then, "OH! He was out of bounds. Great shot though!"

    Sacramento - 2; Dallas - 0

    :D

**granted, it was only by one point...but let's just ignore that
  • G-Rocks%s's Photo
Ok, I officially agree that the Kings are better than the Mavs. Kings beat them...in Dallas...without Webber.

But the Lakers are #1.

Heh, if I were SAC id worry about the rockets. They seem to have trouble with them this season :D

"Heh, if I were SAC id worry about the rockets. They seem to have trouble with them this season "

Except when they beat them at the beginning of the season. The Kings ,at full strength, are still heads and shoulders above the Rockets and anyone else in the leauge for that matter.
  • G-Rocks%s's Photo
I believe that at this point in time, the Lakers can beat anyone in the league. That 4th quarter against the Knicks was not a morale-booster though.

Once the Kings are at full strength, Kings vs Lakers will once again be the Battle of the Elites.

Oh take a joke! Your too serious man.

I know the Kings are better than the rockets.
  • aero21%s's Photo
sorry, i just thought i'd point out that the Kings are better, my bad.
  • Corkscrewed%s's Photo
    Um....

    GO LAKERS!!!
  • Corkscrewed%s's Photo
So the Lakers blow a 17-point lead.

So Kobe goes down and gets fouled w/ 2.3 seconds to give. Pacers had a foul to give, but Kobe knew that and MADE A THREE. Continuation, right? NO! Terrible call!

Enter Robert Horry. Rob: I can do anything.
Toss into Shaq, tip by Pacers to Horry. Horry picks up the ball and hits the game winning two.

    Pacers, feel Sacramento's pain. ;)

That's why we've got a plan for the next Kings/Lakers series. I don't want to give anything away but it involves a couple blows to the kneecaps right before gameday...
  • Corkscrewed%s's Photo
LOL! Or a hammer to a certain big toe, eh? ;)
  • G-Rocks%s's Photo
Or you can do what you did last year, and slip something into Kobe's cheeseburger. ;)
