Hey can you tell me how to advertise on webshots?

Like put you pics of the park your worken on onto webshots then make it a link in your sig.

Easy enough. First you have to reguster on Webshots but I'm sure you know that already. After that click 'Add New Album' and call it whatever you'd like, the name of the park would be a good choice if you have a name but it doesn't really matter. Once you've created an album, click on the link and you'll see the option to upload photos. I recommend downloading the MyPhotos Assistant they advertise cause uploading can take a while so it's easier to do it all at once instead of one photo at a time. Using either that program or the upload box on the website, upload the photos you want to share. It works best if you convert them to JPG or GIF format but I think BMP will work on Webshots too. (I'm assuming here that you already know how to take screenshots in RCT and convert them to something other than PCX files) Alright, with all the pictures uploaded just click on 'My Photos' again on the website or refresh the page and you shoud now see that pictures have been put into the album. Click on the 'My Public Community Page' link and then copy whatever you see in the address line (i.e. http://community.web...ser/coaster_ed). Then return to New Element or some other webboard and post that link. I don't know if you can link directly to the photos, I haven't tried that yet, but this works nonetheless.

EDIT: Can't hurt to test it I guess. You can't post an image it seems because Webshots assigns each picture an index number (well numbers and letters actually) and displays them on a webpage. However, if this link works than you can link directly to each individual photo. TRY ME

It works for me. If you want to link to individual photos do what I listed above except, once you've clicked 'My Community Page' click again on the album and again on one of the pictures. Select that address (i.e. http://community.web...53591726eebysc) and paste that using the button that says 'http://'.
