I think X250 will probably get it, but not Leigh. I have my eye on Xcoaster, personally. Maybe penguinBOB if he really gives it a good shot. Then it would either be Magnus, Metro, or probably even myself (but that's arrogant, so ignore me).

With such a large field, its hard to predict anything in this. If I had to pick the top 5 in no order, based on who I think will actually build something of superior quality, I'd pick:

Corkscrewed
Phatage
Blitz
Evil WME
cBass

I wouldn't put money on those names though....
