General Chat / Looking for Apple-Like icon bar thingy...

Used to have one... really good one, but deleted it or lost it. Anyone know of a program that'll give me the bar at the bottom of the screen like in the Windows Tiger and Panther where the icons are small until you scroll over one.

My brother-in-law has it running on a P4 2.5 GHZ machine. It doesn't seem to mesh well with on board video or audio, but that's an easy fix!
