Yeah. There isn't any way to do it once you've left the scenario editor, besides black scenery tiles or bringing it back to the scenario editor.

I think he means how you get a map of 11*11 (they exist) .
but I don't know how it is done .

i just wanted to mention it's cbass's idea. i just made bigger black background tiles

Just make an 15x15 park in RCT:LL and open it in the RCT2 SE

And to make a 15x15 park in LL, you will need the RCT Savegame Modifier.

Instructions in posix' guide, 3.2.
