Is it possible to have two ipods, with different libraries, on one computer? My sisters are getting nanos... and yeah. Thanks.

It is possible, but it is extremely irritating if the other people using iTunes don't know what they are doing. The way that I do it is by importing/exporting the libraries before updating the iPod. It can get confusing, and thankfully I don't think I have to do it anymore. I don't think there is an easier way to do it other than that, but if there is, I'd be happy to know about it.

Good luck with it though. :)

I'd say make your own file where you store your music, and each of them can store their own music. It'll get a bit more techical from there, but just play with it. Oh, and if you want to bring your libraries from the iPod to your computer, use iPod Agent. They have a step-by-step guide and it's easy to use. Plus it's free. But I don't know if Apple wised up and made it so that new iPods can automatically send music from iPod to computer.

I don't use any Apple software at all, none at all.
    I highly recommend it.

That's a shame really, because I have had nothing but good experience with them! I suppose you just dont like iTunes, which is fair enough, but I'd love to see you slag off logic or final cut...

As for your problem, you could just use different playlists.
