1: Is there a way to rename "Program Files" currently it is named "program files" on my computer; it bothers me.
2. My start thing does not keep a record of my recent programs. How do I enable this?
Thanks. -

1. Right-click, 'Rename' the folder under C:\
2. Control Panel -> Taskbar And Start Menu -> Customize... -> Advanced, then click the check box 'List my most recently opened documents'
EDIT: Wait... you want programs:
Contol Panel -> Taskbar And Start Menu select 'Start Menu' not 'Classic Start Menu'. If it still doesn't show, click Customize... and adjust the number of programs shown

1. That is not possible.
2. That is for Recent Documents, I want recent programs.
Thanks, though.

I've reformated more than once, there has to be something I can do to fix the error. -

Direct X 9C doesn't just install with any games? It should do it automatically.
For question 2, Start Menu>Rightclick: properties>Start Menu (Not Classic Start Menu)>Advanced>Adjust # of programs in list
This could also have something to do with there being a problem with your windows install. If you've arleady reformated with the same problems, try wiping the drive completely clean. I can link you to a guide if you need it. -

1. there is probably a crack for enabling renaming it in through the registry just like the recycle bin hack.
2. right click the start button click properties customize change the number of programs on the start menu its not most recent but it is the most used so...
