I built this park for RCTSpace.com's 2006 Convention. hope you all like it

Welcome to the Grand Seasonal Hotel

Here at The Grand Seasonal There is Sure to be something for you to do during all seasons. Our convient location gives us the best weather for Winter Skiing and Summer Swiming. With Luxury levels to suit you fancy and budget we have a Room for Everyone. The inside decor is done to make any trip feel tropical while outside you can enjoy the architecture of the winter Ski Slopes. With Rooms from Luxury, Luxurious, and our Tower Pent House you will enjoy your stay inside as well as out. We have our own inside Theater, Pool, Spa, And Fine Dinning Restaurant.

And If Fine Dinning Does not Hit The Spot try One of our two other restaurantes: Cristo Kitchen-An Italian pasta House with out and indoor seating, or try The Peking Duck Chineese Crusine serving a wide selection of Chineese Favorites

And if you don't want to bother with a menu buy your own foods at an in town grocery store. Then come and eat on our Picnicers Island.

With fun in the late Fall and Winter season you can come enjoy our Ski slopes. We Have a large Variety of slpoes for ski and snowboarders of all skill levels. we offer private and group classes as well as day-care for those little rug-rats. All the skiing is ski-in ski-out with our long Home Stretch coming right along side the hotel.

Dont worry about bringing you own equpment. With our Ski Shop you can find everything you need for Skiing at the Hotel.

If your not a winter person come in the Spring and Summer Season and enjoy our Water Park including the First Ever underground Water Slide. Also enjoy our Water Caves and Fun Pool.

For those extremists come ride our Plunger Slides-Summer Soaker and Spring Splasher.

And if Our water park isn't your style try our Lower or Upper Pools.

Ofcouse if you not on to get wet why not take a ride on Equinox our Roller Coaster that weaves in and out of the Hotel and Water Park.

Looks awesome, some nice little details in there. Especially liking the chinese restaurant thingy, adds good variation to hotel. My only suggestion is to change the coaster colours to something a little brighter than brown... also to work on using the new supports, they don't look right in the screens, a bit oversupported on the lift hill lol.

I quite like the hotel. The screen that bothered me most was the skislope, not only it doesn't fit it, the foliage is also horrible. And there's room for improvement on your coaster. The supports on the lifthill are way too many, and give it a colour that doesn't falls away to the background. The foliage is also very weird, it's stuffed with bushes and flowers. I like your building style tho.

The supports in the lift for the coaster are weird, but for some reason I like them.

the only thing i really dont like is the foliage. honestly, its really really bad. i didnt see any full tile trees, just small bushes and flowers of the same color (except in the slide pic) work on landscaping and everything will look much better. also the bushes look weird on ice in the ski shop pic.

but youve got some great ideas; the hotel structure looks great. you mentioned you built it for RCTspace.com, is it already finished? make sure to show an overhead!

thanks for the coments. i should have mentioned that the map itself was made to show the hotel in fall/winter for the slopes as well as spring/summer for the hotel and water park.

as far as the supports i didnt realize until deep into construction that i didnt have enough of the right pieces for proper B&M supports. so i worked with what i had.

for the foliage i didnt have many large trees due to the lack of space. the hotel came so close to the edge of the map so trying to be realistic i didnt place many large trees because otherwise guest would look our there windows and a tree and would not have a nice view. either way i understand what ya mean. foliage is not my strong point.

I think you chose the right trees and shrubs to use, just not a large enough variety of them, so in the end it looks too repetitive. Just use a larger variety of small trees, shrubs and flowers and youll be fine.

I like the Chinese....restaurant, right?
Anyways...I suggest using less supports with the coaster...I mean, don't put five supports in the same place...and I also suggest removing some windows...

that's pretty cool. i like all of the facilities you included with it. it really makes it interesting.

There is folige in quite alot of them screens which is awfull, such as in the 'Plungers' screen there are way to many different coloured flowers and no thought has gone into the positioning of them. Some details i like in this project so far look cool such as the little balconys but then things like access to areas which look almost impossible and mainly having a coaster infront of a hotel. Oh yeh you would be pretty fuked if it was raining on your visit in that restraunt lol.

I agree, I suggest putting less colors.

Excellent! I love when makers do park's that look like actual resorts. In this case it is probably my favorite. The architecture is amazing. And your coaster is very well done.

Supports on the coaster look like shit.

Otherwise I wouldn't change much. Pretty good so far.
