Hey guys, i think i said i'd post some of my work and it would be sweet if some other people did.

I'll just post the MIDI file, because we wouldn't want anyone seeing how to play it and stealing it now, would we?

Feedback would be cool, but i'm interested in hearing other peoples work (i think Trav said he might post something) ?

I suppose it's good for what it is. I've just never really been into this whole make things 'heavy for the sake of it' thing. In other words like I like the lead harmonies and stuff but don't like all the double-bass and guitar "chunka-chunka" (maybe I'm just a riff-geek, rather than a palm-muted chord geek). Obviously it's very nicely done though, I didn't here anything that I though sounded off. I liked the build up at ~2:20 to, it shows that at least you're thinking about dynamics. I quite like the guitar solo except for the plague of double-bass behind it. I suppose it's nessisary to make it "metal" but god do I hate it.

It needs the RSE turned on :p. It sounds a lot like a Funeral song, I just can't remember which right now. It's alright, but I'm not keen on the drums, I think they're too much.

Yeah, I'll upload some of my stuff, how though? Did you just record GP playing? Or does it have a special feature I haven't found yet?

    Does this work?

Yeah, that's the song me and my band have been working on lately.

    Yeah that works.

Seems nice but those harmonies after the heavier part starts dont do it for me. I suggest going up with the second note/chord on the hight bit, and making the drums heavier or more enthusiastic when the heavier part kicks in.

Overall it was nice, but i think you could fine tune it a bit. Your song though, play it however you want!
