General Chat / Spider-Man 4,5,6 casting.

hello.

i find it hard to believe that there is no Spider-Man 3 topic. at all. wtf is wrong with you people? anyway, because Sam Raimi failed so much at SM3, i think that there should be a partial reboot of the franchise with new actors and a new director. and especially a new screen writer. Jesus, Alvin Seargent sucks. anyway, i think that they should attempt a Sinister Six story line, introducing Vulture and, say Kraven, in the first film. and Electro and Mysterio in the second. of course, we've already been introduced to Doc Ock.
it could be done. if the screenwriter and director know what they are doing.

anyway, here is who i think should be the cast of the next trilogy.

I think Sam did a fine job directing, I think the reason a lot of people are disappointed is because of the screenplay. Personally i enjoyed the film but I have no expectations what so ever. I never grew up on comic books so I enjoyed it.

I read on movies.com that if the current Peter Parker (his names escapes me) leaves for the fourth one, Jake Gyllenhaal might replace him with Mandy Moore staring as Mary Jane.

I think that Jack Nicholson would have made a good green goblin.... and the creepy serial killer guy from con air should be a villian in one of the movies too, i love him as a bad guy.

Steve Bushemi would make an awesome Vulture.

i saw the movie over the weekend, i thought the sandman was a weak villain and perhaps there were too many storylines going on at once.

i think its going to be difficult to replace kirsten dunst as mj but wasnt that overly keen on toby maguire in the first place.

They should just wait a decade; the way the different cast won't confuse everyone.

And I've yet to see #3. I thought the first one was okay, and the 2nd great. It seems like it's rather similar to the X-Men set up in how the first one served its purpose, the 2nd was excellent, and the third generated the most visual candy.

I thought she already had red hair before? And she can easily act as well as Alexis Bledel (Tyler's suggestion for Mary Jane). And they both would look hot in anything.
