    Yep, that looks freaking sweet.

    On another note...
What was the game from that south park episode where the dragon chases you instead of you chasing it? It was mentioned right before Stan purchased the racing game. I cant remember what it was called and its pissing me off..

Got Super Mario Galaxy, and... I think that I'm too old for this type of game.

It's still a great, but for younger people...

    Might get a Xbox360...

No, heroin hero was the one where you chased the dragon (he bought that one). Im talking about the one where you get chased by the dragon, as opposed to you chasing it

    Updating my list:

1- God Of War ]I[ (finally announced!)
    2- Unreal Tournament 3 (PC)
3- Crysis (PC) (try it again soon. Was a bit thrown off by the visual quality/performance of the demo while not really having the worst system specs... considering Bioshock runs pretty much maxed out on my system...)
4- Ace Combat 6 (it will be announced for the PS3 damn it)
5- God of War: Chains of Olympus (PSP) (Played the demo and hell I'm looking forward to it. Played a lot better better than what I expected with the available buttons)
6- GTA IV (PS3, but rather wait until it's announced for PC)
7- Half Life 2: Episode 3 (I want this so badly, the end of two just asked for more... some agonizing time of approx 1.5 years to wait for the damned conclusion of the story.
8- Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare (PC) (will try it soon, but wasn't specifically impressed by the demo)
    9- Starcraft 2
10-Ratchet & Clank Future 2&3 (the ending of 1 proved a sequel and apparently it will be trilogy which is veeeeeery good news  )

    Previously on my list
1- Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction (PS3)
Definately an A+ game. Having a blast playing it. Highly recommend if you have a PS3

    8- Gears of War (PC)
Still have to play it. Just made a start

    7- Project Origin (a.k.a the real F.E.A.R 2) (PC)
Just not in my top 10 right now.

Forgot to put Half Life 2: Episode 2 on the list last time. The story is quite good and there is much being revealed about the G-man and 'our mutual friend'. Just be prepared for unforseen consequences.
I highly recommend it. It still shows HL2 is one of the stronger shooters available. The ending was quite suprising though(even if the graphics sometimes begin to feel a tad bit dated, but that's mostly because of the texture quality)

everyone who was looking forward to a good rpg, I can really reconment The Witcher.
theres only a slight problem with vista at the moment (random crashes) but they are working on that.
  • tracidEdge%s's Photo

3- Crysis (PC) (try it again soon. Was a bit thrown off by the visual quality/performance of the demo while not really having the worst system specs... considering Bioshock runs pretty much maxed out on my system...)

Same here. Except Crysis fucking cripples my computer when I try to run it even on medium. I've got a 7900gs and 2gbs of ram and all that jazz, too.
Pretty much you're going to need a dx10 card to be able to run it efficiently.

It has fairly little to do with dx10 though. Running it on Vista (and dx10 for the matter) makes the problem even worse. There are some tweaks that allow the game to look almost exactly the same as dx10 while running on dx9. It really shows how overhyped dx10 actually is. It shoots down the need for Vista and dx10 with a single blow.
I have a 7800GS+ (equivalent of 7900GT but AGP), 2GB RAM, but the game also loves to take CPU power. My P4 3.0GHz has growing problems with keeping up the pace. It's one of the first games that takes advantages of dualcores which I don't have (well, my father just got a quad-core, but that thing has a lousy 8600GS. It's Vista score is 4.0 compared to my 4.2 though... would like the 24" screen that came with it though).
I can run most on medium, but just barely and it doesn't look that much better than Far Cry on that detail level.
On the other hand I shouldn't complain considering my system is now 4 years old and still plays almost everything on max. Spend around 600 euros on upgrades over the last 2 years though, but that could have been cheaper if I would have know there was coming a 1950XT for AGP... damn it*^(%*&%$*$&*#

Guess you need decent c2d CPUs and 8800 series cards to enjoy this game properly.

Well my friend is able to run it in dx10, with vista, with everything but physics, sound, and like water effects in high (those being very high) and it runs at a steady 40 fps.
though he did just upgrade to an 8800 and an amd 5600+ x2 processor with 2gbs of ram.
    (he's pretty gay)
