it's amazing. but very old news.

Perhaps less old news is that there are more Happy Valley parks happening for this year.

Of course most people have seen this Happy Valley Beijing which has been there for a few years, but there are two more opening this year (and another one that opened back when Beijing's did).

All the parks tend to have the custom SLC that Flamingoland's Kumali was based from. 3 have an extra helix. They also all have a Vekoma mine train and tend to have a Golden Horse spinning coaster. All have pretty darn impressive theming.

The exciting stuff is in the new parks, mainly Shanghai's which will feature China's first wooden (a fantastic looking Gravity Group), an Intamin mega-lite, and the world's tallest B&M vertical drop at around 215ft. The other new park has all the standards from Happy Valley and a nice looking red and green mega-lite-- the standard design of the two currently in existence.

China's the place to be for new coasters. No other country has gotten more new rides and parks in the last 2 or 3 years.

I just hope their sometimes-questionable building methods don't result in structural failure of future accident!

Hard to believe that Crystal Wings is a S:UF clone.
