    China doesnt seem very Chinese.

The castle looks fantastic as does Holland.

Mantis Ray seems like a funny name as Mantis is an insect and Ray is a sea animal :s

and the log flume looks very well done.

Woah, a whole lotta screens here.

1st: As Louis said, doesn't look very Chinese to me. More Medieval-Spooky or something like that.

2nd: Nice castle, I don't like that gate-thingy though... Looks unstable somehow, and I don't like the windows on there. Too small for rooms... I also think you have too much different window styles on that.

3rd and 4th: I really like the little messy feel there. Maybe put some chubby entertainers in the windows? ;D

5th: I don't like the roof on the theater. I never like it done this way. Maybe try it the other way around. Instead of descending from the back make it ascending. Looks much better imo.

6th: Pretty disillusioning station for the main ride of the park? Make it bigger, make it more catchy!

7th: The transfer doesn't look very realistic to me. Maybe look at some other RCT executions to see what I mean.

8th: I like the 4D. Very nicely done. Also the foliage looks pretty nice. You seem to handle that well.

9th: The bridge looks pretty unstable to me. Maybe it's because of the wideness of it.

10th: Not much to say bout that one.

11th: This looks really nice. I'm glad the bobsled idea got so popular =) Maybe you could remove the log flume again, raise the bobsled one unit via object manipulation and then build the flume through the bobsled again with zero clearances. Looks much better then.

China: Pretty good. I like ye river.

Mystery Castle: What a nice castle.

Holland: LOfuckinL. I strongly urge you to give the staff in that area of the park nice long Dutch names, such as van Staalduinen, or my personal favorite, van der Waalden. On a side note, you know what I find odd: These days, the Dutch people who live near me (about 1/2 hour from my town, there is another town full of the Dutch) change their last names, so that the "van" and the "der" are part of the name, i.e. van der Bilt --> Vanderbilt, or they capitalize the "van" and/or the "der", i.e. van Bergen --> Van Bergen. Honestly, if I was Dutch, I would make sure my name was "Lower-case-v-a-n-space-lower-case-d-e-r-Capital-whatever-letter-other-letters" unless of course I was not fortunate enough to have a "van der" or even a "van." Also, the Germanic "von" is also great, my personal favorite "von" last name being von Rosenthaal. Yes, I like the look of a double-a in a word.

    Anyways, the screen is nice.

Mystery Air Open Theatre: Great name, great screen.

Mantis Ray: Do you mean MANTA Ray? Looks good, but I want more pics.

Maxi Move: Looks good, I find it hard to believe it will be better than it currently is, but you're pretty good at RCT.

    Other Screen 1: Cool!

    Other Screen 2: Interesting!

Other Screen 3: There are log flumes, really good log flumes, and FUCKING AWESOME WELCOME TO 2009 WITH A MOTHERFUCKING BANG log flumes. This is the latter.

    Other Screen 4: Clever.

Other Screen 5: I don't really appreciate the finer points of this game, but thats good anyways.

    Other Screen 6: Nice.

Anyways, this looks fucking great, could be one of the greatest parks of 2009.

    Anyways,

    Happy Fucking New Year Everyone

    just kidding

Happy New Year and Welcome to 2009

Some nice observations of the Dutch there Kev

EDIT: Or should that be rant?
    :D

Cena I like these but I have to agree with what most people have already said. The Chinese bit doesn't look too authentic and the station complex of Mantis Ray is a bit small.

I can't wait to see more though! Looks wicked.

Your China resembles the real China more than your Amsterdam looks Dutch.
  • Milo%s's Photo
the castle and theater are the best bits... fantastic job
  • Xcoaster%s's Photo
The castle, maze stuff, and log flume are the best. I like how you colored the castle turrets the different shades of blue.

And I think I'll be able to use the 1/4 'normal looking' window.

    Holland is looking great!

    China isn't very Chinese...

and the log flume is very cool, but I'm not feeling the roof.

I love that castle and the Holland area as well. The park map must be big, how big exactly??
  • Cena%s's Photo
Thanks for all the reactions guys and girls :) I am going to work on the Chinese part, and on the other things as well.

And the map is 150x150 squares big :).

Edit: Ohyeah, and I finished this object:
