Anyone going to this, or been before? I never realised how big a festival it is. There's just ridiculous amounts of artists playing.

My mates band are playing it, and i'd never even heard of it before he said!

apparently 1100 bands. i really wanted to go this year, there's a lot of good bands. last time i went was in '07. if you ever get enough money, it's definitely worth going to. the whole festival takes place over a full block and all the bands play in the clubs surrounding it, or sometimes in tents. it's great fun.

Tell anyone who's going to try to catch The Hard Lessons.

They're awesome.

SXSW looks pretty amazing. Can't afford the time or money currently, but you know how it is.
