Custom Scenery Exchange / Scenery

Hello everyone

I have been searching through NE and RCT.com to find a program i had a while back... I dont remember exactly what it was called but I was able to make custom scenery with it pretty easily.... I was wondering if anyone knew where to get this

also any tips or tools to use to become the best park maker I can be !! :>

You're probably referring to the Object Editor. If I had more time, I'd give you a link....but, it should be easy enough to find.
