How do you make your map smaller in rctll, like for a design.
Is there a trainer for this?

it's usually intelligent to keep the map large. you can't be sure you won't need more room, and if this situation rises you're in for more work.
so, it's in your best interest to build on a large map, just in case then use a blacktile hack or anything that tickles your fancy.

Use the Saved Game Modifier.
