So I was browsing the RCT*Mart forums when I saw the announcement. It's sad to see the RCT*Mart forums decline in activity, they was the most active source for anything relating to custom scenery. Well at least the custom scenery will still exist for the time being but the forums will be set to read-only mode, meaning the death of a community.
R.I.P. RCT*Mart, we knew ye well.

Not a surprise but sad non the less. I will never understand why everyone abandoned that site. No offence to any other RCT sites past and present but non of them are or were as good as RCTMart. There used to be always something going on there, super friendly people, no attitudes and great content. With everything that site had going for it, it still lost everyone. It makes no since.
Been advertising RCTMart in my signature ever since I came here to NE and have it on my sig at all the other sites I visit also. Was hopping to get people to come visit the Mart and bring some life back into the place. -

Makes me want to go DL everything, and keep it in a folder on a CD Rom.
There was always something new in CS at Mart. Then the designers quit. and
the intrest wained. I would like nothing else but see Mart get a transfusion
and members come back. It was always fun at RCT*Mart. So sad to see it go.
Here's to the Dancing Bananna Group!
...and all the rest of the dancing whatevers.

is this by any parkitect under a nick deliberately misspelled?
it would be great if people can create backups of the scenery items so stuff won't be lost. -

^ I was thinking the same thing about the name.
I think I have everything you can get, there might be a few items in the forums that I have missed. I'm sure the good people over at the RCT2 Object List have most if not all as well.
Been on a personal mission to gather objects and am up to over 18,000 different DAT's at the moment. Still have several thousand parks to open and see what pops out of them. Even with that many I am still hitting walls on parks with non-exported items. But again thanks to the people over at RCT2 Object List, TPR and here at NE especially K0NG I am getting most of them open as well. when complete they will be put on a disc. -

I'm not joking when I say this and I don't want to add to anyones to-do-list but we really need to try and recruit people from there. There is so much wisdom and knowledge with the members that visit there so it would be great to get them here. -

The 'ancient sims shops' were the only object I couldn't download for som odd reason. A dialog claimed the zip was invalid, hope this is just me: [attachment=4334:AncientSimsShops.zip]
Edit2: This is getting old, either someone else can do this or just wait until tomorrow guys -
