Ask the Experts / [RCT2] people stuck

Hi, i'm new to this site!
I always played RCT2 when i was a kid, and now i wanted to try it again and i still love it. So i'll be uploading my first park soon.
But before I do, I wanted to see if you may know why my people get stuck in my park.

Look, they just keep walking their with their heads down.
I made them all drown by deleting the path above the water all the time and my park rating began to rise again, but 30 minutes later it's full of people again at that place.

Here it's the same. Seem like they're confused by the corners in my path, or because I use a double path or something?

Am I doing something wrong? because i've never had it before as far as i can remember.

they want to take the direct way over the river but as there is no bridge they get stuck there. the peeps will never get the idea of taking a detour ;D
