RCT Discussion / Anyone gonna consider making a Harry Potter Theme park?

I was just wondering if anyone was going to think about making a HP park. I'm not asking anyone to make the park (it could be a rip-off of Universal IOA), but i was just curious.

There’s a lot of Harry Potter custom scenery and attractions about, so it makes me think there already is such a park (if not more).

Funny enough i watched Deathly Hallows pt2 last night on movie2k.com. I must say it is a great film. After watching Apollo 18 and Troll hunter i was disapointed. I expected better after seing them on the tv, advertised. Nevetheless Deathly Hallows didnt disappoint. As for the topic being rct2 related i must say it must have been considered before, but id like to see a Harry Potter, custom built Hogwarts etc. The scenery looks nice, theres a couple of walls and such that peolpe here use, including myself, but most of the Harry Potter scenery is kind of a way of cheating imo. It would be so easy building a castle or something using the large objects from the HP scenery, so id like to see someone maybe attempt, or accomplish building say, Hogwarts using the brick blocks etc if that makes sense.

He also made a version of hogwarts, but I can't seem to find screens of that. It was never finished/released as far as I know...

That project was really sick. It's a shame that this project (and Tom_DJ) disappeared.

I tried before but it was to large to get done.
Still on the list to do tough.

Tom_dj is a boss. I hate myself for defeating him in Micro Madness because that was pretty much the last work we've seen by him...

I talked with him about this project and asked him if I could finish it up for him but unfortunately I haven't had the chance to do this yet... :/

^Yeah I've even got the file from Tom, but he has lost his old file and only a few parts of privet drive are done there.

If only I had more time on my hands these days, haha!

Harry Potter has always been one of those things we're I'll get pretty pumped to do it, go in game and think, "eh, I'll just do it later".

i half built a qudditch pitch, some of diagon alley and a kings cross station then said eh, later

I Thought about it, but it take too much time to get it perfect for me.
If i can do a Group park with serval rides or areas, maybey you can count me in.

those screens are really nice !!,
I'm thinking also too put a Harry potter peace in the park. It's a nice theme to use !!
