Retarded question here. Whats the software needed for lowering track in single units? is it winhack? You guys know what im on about right? I need it for perfect catwalks etc.

Color the land tile only below the track piece(s) you want to alter (ie: red grid, checker, etc). The rest is self-explanatory.

I see now yeah. Thanks Kong. Anything highlighted in say, red rock will lower if i preform that action?

Also thinking about it. What if theres multiple tracks on the same ground texture that im trying to lower?

they will all get lowered. So it's better to first hack your ride piece then build over/on it. Or you can just delete the sections of the other ride tracks that are over the land and rebuilt them later.
