If you could make that without the pumpkin, a lot more people would use it as well.

A warm welcome to the site from me render8! People like you are very rare at this site and we really need designers like yourself.
The ride looks really nice already and more importantly, that it fits into RCT which is really hard to accomplish. So good job!
I like the pumpkin up there, but like others said, it would be nice to have a "vanilla" type too of the ride without the pumpkin..

Just a question; Are you also interested in making (animated) scenery objects?

Hi guys, sorry for the bit of delay in responding here. Been a pretty busy week with RL crap, but I'm really happy to see the ride is going over pretty well here so far and I'm really excited to finish this one up actually.

First off, I totally see where everyone is coming from on the pumpkin/spooky theme, that it really wouldn't have much place right now, other than just a halloween type of park. Honestly, with this being my first practice in ride making, I just told myself, I would think of a quick idea, and just roll with it. This is what popped out obviously. I think it would be a lot of hassle for me to go back and remove it though, just for this particular ride since I already have a lot of animation tied up in it already. For future project, I will definitely keep in mind to be more general about the ride theme. I don't want to bum anyone out or disappoint, I just think at this stage, I want to finish this one up and move to another project.

Still doing some detailing, then I have to go back and do another animation sequence with just the riders, which should be fun.

Really guys, I seriously appreciate the encouragements and compliments. I still would do this stuff just for myself, but it makes it so much more fun when others can enjoy your hard works too. :)

@six frags - Thank you so much for the warm welcome. I will take yours and everyone else ideas into deeper consideration in future projects. As far as animated scenery objects go, I have seriously given that a thought several times since working this project. I just really need to make sure I don't end up doing something too off the wall. I want it to be something useful, yet fun to look at. Did you have something in mind?

I imagine swaying long grasses and taller flowers would be cool, if not lag inducing. Just an idea.

On an unrelated note, what do you think about trying the spinning cars from rides like Tony Hawk? Would be a very nice ride car to have, imo.

Damn, that would probably be a pretty cool idea, doing animated flowers and grass. Honestly, never gave that a thought. Like you said though, I do wonder much lag that would induce having a whole lot of animated grass in a large sized park. Guess it wouldn't hurt to try at some point though. *Takes Note* ;)

I do have a question, and I'm sorry if this sounds really stupid as I'm not well educated in the ways of ride making for RCT2 completely, but it IS possible to make new coaster cars right? I feel stupid for asking this as I was pretty sure people said it was before. I'm not talking just copy and paste from other rides but actually designing a whole new car from scratch and using it. I had to do a quick search on those Tony Hawk cars you were mentioning because, sad to say, I wasn't familiar with it. The cars from Big Spin right? Looks pretty bad ass and would be a cool idea if I could pull it off.

Yes, it is. But not with the ObjectEditor. But to make them, you'll need at least more than 1,000 pictures. I suggest to read through this tutorial.

Really happy to see you here and your ride making skills are fantastic. I love the look of the ride and I'd use it in one of my themes easily. I cannot wait to see what more you can produce. Getting seriously excited about the possibilities of your rides.
