Theme Park Discussion / Orlando, SFoG, SFFT and SeaWorld San Antonio in March/April

Hey guys.

This is a long shot but I am heading to Florida, Vegas, Texas and Georgia in March/early April.

My plan is to be at the following

Orlando Parks - Probably Animal Kingdom, USF, IOA, SeaWorld, BGT and Fun Spot America between 9th and 14th of March

SeaWorld San Antonio - Friday 4th April

Six Flags Fiesta Texas - Saturday 5th April

Six Flags Over Georgia - Monday or Tuesday 7th or 8th April (I'm basing the fact that this will be open off last years calender) 

Not sure if there are any NE'ers in the area but it would be cool to meet up at one of those parks.

I've met a few NE'ers at parks so far and Hopefully Geewhzz, Robbie92, Louis, Coaster Ed and Corkscrewed can back me up that I'm not a mad British psychopath. 

I'll be travelling to these parks alone so company and local knowledge is always welcome.

I can vouch for Dave not being a mad British psychopath. Although our meeting was only very brief.

But then I also know people who know Dave, and I know they'd vouch for him not being a mad British psychopath. But then they could be mad British psychopaths.

Sounds like your trip is sounding quite choreographed, but let me know if you're planning on rolling through New Orleans at any point in the trip!

Afraid not.

American parks seen to open so much later than anywhere else for some reason and its only running weekends while I'm there. Cost wise it wasnt really viable to spend an extra week just for SFoT which sucks.

I chose San Antonio in the end over Dallas simply because it has 2 parks and was cheaper flight wise.  

Understood. SA is an amazing city to explore, and SFFT is my favorite of the SF parks far as general theming/atmosphere/cleanliness/shows/food/everything but coasters goes. 

I hear the food in SA is excellent too

If i do make it to Dallas next time I shall certainly let you know. It's on my very long list. 

I think I could meet you when you go to SeaWorld Orlando. It can be a day trip for me coming up from Miami and it would be great to meet you after all these years, I mean your one of the few people around here I don't hate
