Baker Lake has a good one, some of the H2H parks also have some that involve hacks but probably aren't quite the scale your looking for.

There's nothing wrong with the game default pirate ship. I don't get the obsession with custom pirate ships.

It's to small, for what I want anyways.

Check out Busch Gardens North America by disneylhand. There's a great custom ship in there.

I'd try to use as little trackitecture as possible, this is doomed to end up messy. The ship is too flat, making is unsuitable for swinging. Large pirate shipes are usually crescent shaped. On the other hand, supports should be straight. Unless you're going for some kind of unique modernist style, an arch isn't very convenient and trustworthy looking.

Build a satisfying ship first, then figure out how to support it.
