RCT Discussion / Decent Through Water!?

Since I stumped Iris with this question, mabey the rest of NE can loan me a hand...

How do you build a coaster (an invert, in my case) through water? I'm
stumped, how 'bout ya'll?

Numerous ways.

Lower the land where u want the coaster to go underwater. Build the coaster where the land is lowered, then use the Beast. Click "Zero All Clearances" and use the water tool to raise water where you lowered the land (and where the coaster is). Then click "Restore All Clearances" and you're done.

Just to add to that, this is how CRCTN (Mortician) did his water loop in Immortal Monstrocity. Also, anything can be flooded by doing this. This is how OZONE did his dolphins in his most recent park, WBHA.

-Special build
-Build track you want underwater
-Build thru
-Raise water
-End special build mode

I don't think you can do it with scenery. You have to use ownership and water table for scenery. Which is why Ozone did the dolphins first so it didn't screw up the rest.

That is true It doesn't work with scenery like Mantis said so you have to do it the way he described or with winhack which is easy

yep your right it only works with coasters and rides, cos with scenery you have to set the water table on selected areas using dragons.

this gives me an idea...

Speaking of ideas...is it because of one of the features mentioned above is missing from the SOB trainer (RCT 2) that it can't be done in that game yet?

I'm not the expert hacker by any means, so I'm just curious.

It CAN be done with RCT2.... i did it like a week ago... i forgot how i did it though.... o and the 8 cars trainer is simple to do this with........and merges... and everything isnt so glitchy
