Ask the Experts / Windows 10 questions

My OS just updated to Windows 10 without my say-so.  RCT2 works after a bit of tinkering, but 8cars messes the game up quite a bit. Anyone encounter this? Is there a particular version of 8cars that works best with Windows 10?

1.302 has always worked fine for me on W10, even 1.32 works great for the Gee Hack.

All my settings are the same as I used on 8.1 IIRC.

I'm using 1302 as well, but it makes things look like I've got a black hole.  The only setting I changed was running it on 16 bit I think, because it wasn't running on 8 bit.

I figured it out! I reverted it back to initial settings and now everything works fine.  Thanks for your help G, I guess?

Bad decisions to update to windows 10. Anyway just use openrct2 and create a vm with windows xp to use when you need 8cars. Need help, just pm me.

I downgraded from Windows 10 specifically because it sucked at running RCT.
