Is there one in the making or are there any plans to make a new solid workbench that we can use?

Kinda looking to start something and I hate making workbenches

Actually nicman's tab tutorial will make it easier for someone to make a workbench now. I hope we get one, the last good workbench was from 2014 or something.

Trigger's scenery group creator has been around at least a year or so now - if this is the first you've heard of it, you might want to check out his other tools - there's a water palette editor and a DAT file viewer as well. Also a utility for extracting base sprites, but that's kind of obsoleted by OpenRCT2 (though they use different palettes).
