What kind of laptop would you guys recommend to run RCT 2 and possible RCT 3? Thanks!

Any laptop from the last 10 years should work for RCT3, although the game will lag on scenery-intensive parks if you're using an older laptop. RCT2 should run on pretty much anything, though it sometimes has problems with newer operating system versions. The bast way to avoid those problems is to use OpenRCT2 instead.
