Any of you Soccer/Football/Gambling fans want to make a prediction pool for the world cup. ESPNFC's match predictor is pretty fun to do a league in. You predict the overall tournament results at the start, and then make predictions on a game by game basis afterwards. Reply or message me if yall'd be down

I definitely want to do a pool! Was thinking about organising something but I don't know what's a good English website to use.

I probably won't have time to copy all my results from the (Dutch) website I'm already using with friends and family.

Fantasy Football? Already have a friends league running wouldnt be hard to set up an NE one as well.

Sod it. Done it anyway as we often have a Premier League one

Mk, that site seems a bit cancerous I have good experiences with voetbalpoules.nl. A Dutch site, but it comes in English too! Very clear layout, no distracting bullshit or ads, free, easy, it's everything you want in a pool website. I made us a pool!
 
How to join?
 
First, go to http://www.voetbalpoules.nl. In the top right you can switch to English. Do that, then follow the directions to sign up. You probably have to do the confirmation email routine, but nothing complicated.

In the top left of the menu you'll see 'predict'. That's where you enter your predictions!
 
There's two types of predictions: prediction the match outcomes (the scores), and predicition the final group standings and the rest of the competitions progression. The latter type you have to fill in BEFORE the contest starts, because when the first match starts that section gets frozen/locked for obvious reasons.

This is what the match predictions look like. You get points for predicting the right winner, but also for predicting the right amount of goals for each team (even if your outcome is wrong). Note that in certain matches you can predict who will score the first goal. You can win a good amount of extra points with this.

I joined Roomie's and I'll probably join this one too.

Leon, Version1, don't forget to complete your predictions for today! I recommend doing the bulk of them inadvance, just so you have something in case you forget. You can always revisit your predictions.

Somehow I'm in 2nd and was 1st until that last match yesterday.  Hope my guesses are good for tomorrow's matches too,.

There hasn't been a post with the results so here they are. Iron Rattler won, Silver is for me and Bronze for Liam. CP6 in 4th and to top off the top 5 is MK98. Congratulations everyone. Iron Rattler in particular.
