Is faas a rookie? I thought he was in earlier H2H's and just sat out for H2H7? 

I sat out for all H2H's before this one. So it technically makes me a rookie, but I wouldn't use the word rookie to describe me.

I stand corrected, that makes you a rookie!

I'd also nominate Six Frags for MVP of the Season.

 

I'm especially impressed by Saxman this season. Oncoming nominations for both Rookie and MVP of the Season is something to be really proud of. He had an excellent season.

Particularly impressed by Bubbsy41 during this H2H season, AFCFH is totally underated imo. Saxman and Camcorder also outdid themselves with the ski resort.
The same applies for In:Cities and Stoksy with Disney's Fairytale Kingdom, what a marvelous park.

Big up to dr dirt, BelgianGuy and Fisch for building Zerzura, probably one of my fav parks ever. Same thing goes for Six Frags and Sulakke with Forum Caeleste.

Fisch and Shogo disappointed me at first with Wit's End and Ghibli but finally amazed me with Park Guell and Zerzura.

Everybody deserves to be nominated, sorry if I forgot some builders but you all did excellent stuff and as a spectator it was amazing to watch.

Great categories Av, agree with most of what you added.  I think the more "traditional" categories still manage to miss a lot.  RMC might make the cut for most controversial moments lmao. 

off the top of my head, a few additions deserve to be nominated - UR's made some parks that deserve a few noms for Best Park like Park Guell and/or Mandala, the racing woodies in Fiera for best wooden should be in that list, and the Dive Machine in Ruigrijk.

 

Also, adventure rides aren't too many, and I might consider the skiers in haystack and the Zerzura stuff into another category, like the Caravan going to best idea and skiers going to best custom ride.  Also in that category I think the haunted mansion rides were notable throughout (Frontierland, Fiera), our parks had some cool mine trains (Ghibli & Dig Site), and I'd also put Arsine from EViL in that category.

 

One best idea nom has to be the brake system on Dragon Legend in Romon-U.  I'll probably think of more as I spend more time on it, lots of awesome stuff from this h2h.

So the problem with rookie of the year this season is the fact that we had the addition of floaters. Saxman is for sure the rookie of the year. But he was also a floater. Not trying to discredit at all though.

I'd do a 'comeback' category. Like myself I think there have been quite a lot of 'oldies' making a comeback appearance, such as (correct me if I'm wrong) cp6, belgianguy, roomie, sulakke, dr dirt, camcorder, In:Cities..

I humbly propose a best sculpture category! Cause then, one of the other sculptures this season could beat that awful effkay, and wouldn't that be such a fun, dramatic little bit for the awards ceremony?
