Ask the Experts / Really Really stupid question - how do I upload custom scenery here?

I'm new here, and have a remarkably stupid question about basic site operations here - how do I upload custom scenery? I can't seem to find any menu with which to do it. I've spent much of the last few weeks scouring the web for long-lost content, and I've actually succeeded at finding several complete sets of scenery I'm sure just about everybody will be glad to have been recovered. Except I have no idea how I go about uploading them here.

Stupid question, I know, but I can't seem to figure it out. Thanks.

    OK thanks.

What In:Cities says works! We have an object database on the site, but a limitation is that the objects are drawn from the parks that are in our park database. So if no park uses a certain object, it doesn't end up in the database, and there's no good way for us to add it.

Makes me think though... We could make a bench with obscure objects, upload it, and then take down the park, leaving the objects in the database.

Well no, the fact that objects which aren't used in people's parks also aren't added to the system is very much by design. It's a mild degree of peer review. We can make exceptions of course for things like the hollywood set.
