Ask the Experts / Adding/Changing Custom Scenery w/o losing rides?

As the topic title implies, is it possible to add or change custom scenery in an RCT 2 park without having to revert to the scenario editor, thus losing all your rides and stalls? I remember hearing something about a program, but my memory fails me..

Any help would be appreciated, SublimeDMC on AIM, or reply here..
