Ask the Experts / Help With 8Cars

I was making a park and after I zeroed/restored all clearances, I had a corrupted tile. Basically, a corrupted tile is a tile that is put too high, so you can't lower it. It also looks really bad. If anyone knows how to fix this, or can fix this, please tell me.
