Custom Scenery Exchange / custom scenery

i may sound stupid but i am just trying to figure out as much about the game as i can because i am really trying to improve myself. basically i want to know how to make custom scenery. do you have to have a special program or something? this could really help me to be able to make my own custom scenery when i needed it and how i wanted it thanks

It's quite simple actually. I don't want to explain it here, so a link of a tutorial is: RCTR. Click on "Info Kiosk" and "Making Basic Scenery for RCT2." It gives a basic tutorial. It is suggested, however, that you have a painting program (Photoshop or something) because, despite the fact that the object editor can do image editing, it isn't the best.
