this is my new solo that im workin' on called...

Mystic Isles

its themed around 5 islands (i think), and each wil have a different theme-snow, medevil, spanish, and the others are undecided...so heres a screen...

It's nice - I like the colours and the little things sticking out look good.

Not keen on the two 1/4 tile trees you're using there, but that's just personal preference.

How is anyone gonna get to the lighthouse? Maybe it should have a little path down to a dock with a boat, or something.

Nice lighthouse, though. Don't put too much water as filler though, unless you make it interesting

I agree. Its pretty nice but the actual island needs to be a tiny bit bigger and have someway of getting on or off of it. Its not bad though.

The park is pretty good, but I gotta agree on turned6 , make the island alittle bigger.

It looks ok. The structure itself is pretty detailed I suppose, but the theming is horrible. Try to use more bushes, and maybe choose a better tree selection.

Looks ok overall. Keep going, though.

i know...when i joined, i honestly wasnt all that good a parkmaker...but now i feel im going places, so thats good...i was thinkin' of quittin' to join innovation, but didnt...but bak on topic...expect a screen over the weekend...thanx for the replies!

UPDATE!-10/4

the things i do for u guys...well i had to restart my computer, wait for the game to load, take a screenshot, upload the foto(which took like five minutes), and it was all going wicked slow while i was doing all this...so it took like 15 minutes, when it should have only took my like, 5...so enough of complaining...

u wanted snowy island, u got snowy island! o...and sorry guys, no coasters, the island is way to small...so here ya go!

oh, and i quit OMNI, and i plan on joining rctX...maybe...

I think it looks alright but here are a couple thingd I think could make it much better:

--add plenty of flowers in there, preferably with a border of short or no fencing.(the tall fencing is a turnoff
--Also avoid putting tall trees right up next to the pathing
--Try and avoid usin more than one type of pathing randomly. I used to do it as well and I was also told this. I now agree that it looks messya dn overall ugly

Don't worry though, it actually looks promising to me.

Screen 1 - That screen just frustrated me. There is one mostly 2 x 2 building that is in the middle of knowhere! Its good and all, but not that good.

Screen 2 - Now were geting somewhere! Looks really good! But yeah... get rid of the red spike things.

Screen 3 - Very blah. It is the station of a woodie with a ton of checkerboard paths. Give the screen a little more substance and it will look good.

Good start so far.

I think it's quite nice. Be careful about putting the woodie along the floor and you could do with some flowers. I'm not sure how well the palm tree fits in either. Apart from that... keep it going. And good luck getting into rct x.

ok the truth is...i suck at coasters. especially coasters that look cool...so i was wondering if any one wanted to help...

if u do, just say so, and show me a screen of a coaster you did. and i will theme it (if its ok with you?). i will also decide wheteher or not i think ure worthy...lol, so just post whether or not u wanna help...

btw--i probaly will be scrapping the woodie, it blows imo...

its all looking nice, nothing super but very nice for sure. you may just shape up to be a great parkmaker in the future.

EDIT: Id do a coaster but just the track i dont really have time to theme it, if i could do a B&M id love that, but i can do others to if needed.

Ill do a coaster if you want me to, but i tend to go for the more realistic style coasters. if you want me to i can send you some of my unfinished work.
