Sardinia
The Italian island of Sardinia has been colonised and invaded by the Greeks, Phoenicians, Romans, Pisans, Genoese and Spaniards. The landscape is rugged and the remaining wildlife distinctive, from albino donkeys to griffon vultures. It serves as the first area guests will see of this amazing new themepark. As they approach the entrance the beautiful Italian architecture and scenery will draw ever closer before they become submerged in a tranquil setting boasting bundles of beauty.
From here guests can access three of the parks five main lands or can relax in the various cafes, restaurants and picnic areas. There are plenty of great places to unwind after a busy day on the attractions or to plan your impending day of thrills. The main attraction here doesn’t involve any queuing or stomach churning, it’s natural beauty at it’s best and can be enjoyed by everyone.

Wasn't Butterfinger making a park named Sardinia? And wierd that we both posted with pink this morning... hadn't even seen your topic.
Speaking of the topic, I think it's wonderful. True it's going to get some replies bashing the simple style but we've seen what you can do (Opium was the shit no doubt) and I know you are a lover of the 2x2, simple color scheme, organized style. Nothing is out of place and it all comes together beautifully. -

It's beautiful. This is a shock to see from you, seeing as your work in BS and Odium is quite different, but then again Corozal showed you could work in this style, so I guess I shouldn't be so surprised.
I'm not keen on the crazy-path textures, or that single flat-raised pink tile with the crazy paving on top (maybe make it dirt instead?), but apart from that I really like it.
Great work. -

It's nice. Colours are pleasing, fit together well and you chose a solid tree combo. In other words, you got an atmosphere. Well done on this.
Like others have said, I'm very glad to see you being active again since your parkmaking was always something I was interested in.
Anyway, back on the screen. I think it's a good start on a park but it's just a little simple. Just walls, fences and windows won't do it. Also, the architecture is a little bit too bland and just needs to be spiced up in a way.
It's quite obvious how this got a heavy Natelox influence but I think that's a good thing and I like the entrance gate (which especially reminds me of Natelox work) very much.
So, I'd say you need a few more details and more complex buildings.
And release a smaller screenshot next time. This one showed like the whole entrance. I think that could hurt the park afterwards because people, more or less, have already seen it.
In any case, keep up the good work. -

FUCKING LEECHER!!!!!!
You're one of the reasons why RCT Station first closed.
But besides that, the screen is rather routine, nothing really to be wowed over. And I really don't like how you have two different path choices for when it goes up, too much of a clash.
You should add a fence above where the Happyland sign is on the left side of the screen to make it less empty as well.
Not much else to say, since it's stuff I and others have seen in the past. WAY past. -

It's awesome looking. The colors are nice and the architecture is simple but very effective.

... Or maybe they'd get hit by the crazy-ass drivers y'all got over there.Good point. All the animals would die from all the horrendous smog we have.
What you have here TPM is a nice, solid looking park. What I'd suggest is to try and go beyond that... how in RCT I don't know, because I am a RCT2 type of guy... but yeah... it is looking very nice nonetheless. -

Did you know that there was a Busch Gardens in Los Angeles? Yep, some remnants are still there, though it's just a brewery now. It was never expanded into a full fledged theme park like Tampa Bay or Williamsburgh though.
From americassuberb.com:Busch Gardens was a 20-acre tropical-theme amusement park and exotic bird preserve behind the Anheuser-Busch brewery on Roscoe Boulevard in Van Nuys. It opened in 1966 and offered boat rides, exotic bird shows and plenty of free Budweiser for adults. Visitors could also ride a gondola through the brewery to see beer being made.
The gardens drew 1.2 million visitors in 1975, according to the reference book "Los Angeles A to Z." But with attendance sagging, the park changed its name (and focus) to the Busch Bird Sanctuary. It lasted another decade before closing for good in 1986 so the brewery could expand.
Reminders of Busch Gardens still fly in the skies above the Valley. Some of the feral parrots and parakeets heard squawking overhead are believed to be progeny of birds that escaped from the park -- or survivors themselves.
Another note about the Van Nuys Busch Gardens: it wasn't the first in the Los Angeles area. In 1903, Adolphus Busch -- patriarch of the brewing family -- built exotic woodlands, pools and trails along the Arroyo Seco in Pasadena, called it Busch Gardens, and opened it to tourists. It closed in the 1930s.
Here, you can see some art too: Original Busch Gardens
BG Williamsburgh was started in 1970 as a new brewery. It was opened to the public as a theme park in 1975.
BG Tampa Bay opened in 1959 as a tropical bird garden just four years after the grand opening of Disneyland.
