I'm curious on what CAN'T be merged with the Beast trainer. I tried merging a sitdown halfloop with flying track and that didn't work - is this possible?

it's impossible because the sitdown doesn't have straight, flat track while upside down. Just merge it at another point. Here's a general rule. Don't merge with inversions because it probably won't work.

As far as what can't be merged, I think you can't merge boosters and lifts, right?

Track only merges when the track peices are exactly the same. As in same, I mean same HEX number for their piece type. Upside-down track doesn't have the same value as normal track.

also, you cant merge a, lets say, B&M twister with a flying coaster and make the flying coaster have straight inverted track, the game crashes.

The same over here... I tryed something similar with a Dive Machine and a Flying Coaster to make a S&S Power Screaming Squirrel, but as soon as the car was going upside down, suddenly the game freezed.

It's really a shame that you can't merge those parts

a B&M sitdown doesn't have an in line twist, it has a barrel roll, which is different from an in line twist, so you can't merge that cause ure actually merging 2 different track types. Also, read ---^---

I think he wants an "inverted" loop/half loop for something like a B&M. Check out X's second and final raven turn. The train is on the outside.
