Custom Scenery Exchange / Urgent: Need object for Pro Tour

Hey, I need an object made. If there already is an object of this, PLEASE, point me in the right direction.

What I need is Toon's castle arch divided into 1/4 tiles like his half arch building block, except I need it in the castle color.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
