Custom Scenery Exchange / Circus Theming?

A last minute request here, in my park i need it!!!
Actually it doesn't matter all that much but still it would help...

1. You're not at all specific. WTF is circus theming?

2. This is something pretty general that you should be able to put together using existing scenery.

3. Don't bother. It's already been done, and done very well.

I think I know what he needs it for and he doesn't need for that purpose. Anyway, I don't think there is a circus theming set but there is a ton of colourable crap in the game to muck about with and there's custom scenery. Just mix and match different objects until you get your desired look.
