Ask the Experts / Problems with Spotlight Downloads

I'm sorry if this is in the wrong forum...

But I need help opening your wonderful looking Spotlight parks. After I download it and unzip it with WinZip, the files that come up (i.e. the saved game) are not in "a valid archive".

For some reason, the only file that actually works is Rivers of Babylon...

Are you running them in RCT1 or RCT2 the reason you might only be able to run Rivers of Babylon is because it is a RCT2 park, most of the spotlights are the first game and you can only run them in the first game.

So you're saying that Tropico Horizons, The Aegean, Walkman of my Brain, Disney's Forgotten Kingdom, etc. are all RCT2?

They're RCT1, and they work fine for me...

Try updating your WinZip?

Or better, be cool and use WinRar.

Best thing to do. Just download the latest version or download winRAR (www.rarlabs.com)

Are you trying to look at RCT1 Spotlights on RCT2?

i think he was trying to open rct1 parks with rct2, nothin to do with winzip/rar..

best RCT2 parks are presumably the rct2 spots like wormwood and RoB, and a couple of runners up. You really only need to go by RoB tho, it's light years beyond any other rct2 work, imho.

If you like classic style parkmaking, download Wormwood, but, like WME said, RoB is definitely the best RCT2 work to come out so far.
