Sorry for posting in the "experts" area, but this is pretty big...I think....

Well I discovered a big thing (I think) just a week or so before RCT2.

Let me ask you this, Have you ever accidently lost a park, or a lot of data in a park--becuase of a hack gone wrong? Or accidental deletion of a hack?

Have you ever downloaded a park, and got an Error Trapper message when you tried ot open it?

YOUR PROBLEM IS SOLVED!!!

Yes that's right BigFoot finally figured it out!!!!!!


All you have to do to fix the Error trapper game, is:

1) find the saved game file causing the Error Trapper message in your program files.

2) Right click on the file, and delete it.

3) go to your recycle bin, where your game should have gone, and right click to "restore" the game back to orginal location.

3) then play the game, and load the park!

It worked for me with my park that I deleted a hack, Hero's Park by Segaman75 that I got an error traper with. And another new park!

I heard rumors about this a while back on dnet, but you know dnet. I'll keep it in mind next time I run into that problem, but I'm too lazy to try it now.

I don't mean to burst your bubble or anything, but it doesn't work. Atleast not for the 3 Saved Games I tried it on. I keep getting the error trapper when I open them.

lol oh well, my bubble is still a bubble. It worked for four of my parks, and the dozen and a half peeps that pmed/posted that it worked satisfied me. Sorry it didn't work for you
