Our first spotlight in four months comes to a promising upcoming parkmaker, one of the most reliable and solid builders we've seen in quite some time, as he brings us Bijou Magique. Automatically granting Turtle a Parkmaker Spot at NE3, he will be one of the *several* new NE Parkmakers that go up when the site does. While he's not the flashiest or best hacker, Turtle has proven that having the fundamentals down to a pat is still good enough these days, and that building actual parks is still the best way to become an NE Parkmaker.
